Training Team
Maintenance Training Organization, Thiruvananthapuram is approved by DGCA to impart type/task training programs in Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737‑700/800/900 aircraft, and Boeing 737‑7/8/9 (MAX) type difference courses. It is also approved by EASA to conduct type training programs in Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737‑600/700/800/900 aircraft, and Boeing 777/200/300.
In addition, the MTO conducts various training programs in the aviation and aircraft maintenance domain such as Human Factors, SMS, EWIS, CCDCL, Train the Trainer for aviation instructors, Train the Supervisor, Train the Assessor, Root Cause Analysis, and Aviation Investigators Training.
The MTO has state‑of‑the‑art training infrastructure, well qualified and experienced instructors, two online studios, and a library. The MRO and line maintenance of AIESL caters to the practical training needs of the MTO. It is situated at the heart of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, just 5 km from Trivandrum International Airport and AIESL MRO, in a city well connected by air with a wide choice of comfortable stay options.
