Shri Amit Kumar, CMD, AIAHL & Chairman, AIESL, graced the inaugural lamp-lighting ceremony at the 2026 Annual Directors' Conclave, & the 36th Institute of Directors (IOD), India Annual Day. Mr Kumar was also among the senior dignitaries on the dais at the event.
In his special address on "Making Boards More Effective for Investor Confidence & Sustainable Value Creation," Mr. Amit Kumar shared valuable insights that resonated strongly with the audience.
Other eminent speakers were Mr Ashok Kapur, IAS, Lt. Gen. Surinder Nath, Mr Nehal Vora, Dr Subi Chaturvedi, Mr Guljari Bansal, and Mr Amitabh Kumar, IRS.
Mr. Tuhin Kanta Pandey , Chairman, SEBI, was the special Guest of Honour at the event.
